Ground Floor

The Campbell Suite

This room overlooks the terrace and 18th hole, it can seat up to 80 people, set out in theatre style.

First Floor Rooms and Suites

The Abbey Suite

The Dunelm Suite

Both suites have an ante-room with adjoining door, they are provided complete with overhead projector, flip chart pad and easel. They will seat up to 30 people set out in theatre style. Room hire charges are per day or part thereof.

The Hallgarth Room

Single room with a bay window facing north west. This room will seat up to 30 people set out in theatre style.

The Elvet Room

This is a small room set out as a cosy, comfortable lounge it has two two seater settees, two three seater settees, and two armchairs. It can make an ideal room for an informal meeting, of 12 or less.

The Manor Board Room

This room has a board room table which can seat 14 people around it, if required it may be set up to seat slightly more.

Conference Room Equipment & Services Hire Charges from 1 January 2011

Equipment Hire

Television & Video or DVD Player £10.00 per session
Flip chart pad and easel £5.00 per session
Overhead projector and screen £10.00 per session

The following services are available only during office hours:

Fax Transmission - £1.00 per page
Fax Receipt - 15p per page
Photocopying - 15p per copy
